Fizzlestix impresses with specials, stellar handhelds
PERRY TWP. ‒ I'm no stranger to Fizzlestix Bar + Kitchen. I've been dining at the eatery since it opened in 2021. So, when the editors asked me to head there for a review, I didn't hesitate. From the Evil Dead burger, a patty infused with chorizo and beef, topped with pico de gallo, burnt cheese, fried jalapeños and sriracha aioli; to the Jack O Lantern burger, a patty infused with brown sugar and cheddar and topped with bacon, cheddar, lettuce and candy soy sauce, it was difficult to choose what to eat. Knowing the chef always has a great burger
