House shot, bullet hole in child’s bedroom in Warren
WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are investigating after a man said his house was shot at, and one of the bullets came through a child’s bedroom. According to a police report, officers were called Wednesday to a house on Merriweather Ave. SW where they talked to a man who said that he woke up around 3 a.m. and noticed that a curtain was moved in the house but didn’t see anything else and went back to bed. The next morning, the man found two bullet holes in the front of the house. He waited for his kids to go to school and called police.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Reports said police Thursday found two guns, $990 cash and marijuana during a North Side traffic stop. Reports said police pulled over a car about 6:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Wick Avenue for an improper turn and asked all three people inside if they had any guns. Reports said all three people said no.
Woman wounded on Youngstown's Northside
A woman was shot early Friday on Youngstown’s Northside, according to police. Officers say the victim was wounded in the arm along Raymond Street, off Wirt Street at around 3 a.m. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injury, which police say isn’t serious.
