Youngstown man faces 100 years in prison for 'Beretta Bandit' robberies
A Youngstown, Ohio man, known to federal authorities as the “Beretta Bandit” faces a 100-year prison term when he is sentenced for a series of robberies in Florida. After hearing evidence during a trial in U.S. District Court in Tampa, a jury found 44-year-old Richard Allen Randolph guilty of three counts of robbery, one count of attempted robbery, three counts of brandishing a firearm, and one count of discharging a firearm during the commission of the robberies.
