CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (IOWA'S NEWS NOW) — A semi crash has completely blocked the southbound lanes of Interstate 380 in downtown Cedar Rapids as of 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. The crash happened around 11:35 p.m. Monday just north of the 1st Avenue exit. Witnesses described sparks flying off the trailer as it skidded to a stop.
