A Duson man was arrested by SWAT officers Thursday after shooting at neighbors from his home following a dispute, the Duson Police Department said. Duson police officers responded to the 100 block of Kevin Drive around 9:30 p.m. Thursday after several calls to 911 about a man actively shooting at people from inside his mobile home. Officers and deputies from Lafayette and Acadia Parish law enforcement agencies responded and found two victims who were targeted but uninjured in the shooting, Duson Police Chief Kip Judice said in a statement.

However, around 1 p.m. on Friday, it was reported that Roberts had turned herself in to the Crowley Police Department, and the search for her was canceled.

Deputies with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office said Kelsey Mallet, 25, of Port Barre, turned herself in to them on Sunday, Feb. 18. She was booked on a hold for the Mamou Police Department.
