Over the past four years, Tezeno has been affiliated with six different police departments, including the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office and police departments in Crowley, Opelousas, Church Point, St. Martinville, and Grand Coteau. According to the News 10 report, Tezeno was dismissed from three of these departments.

Cox donated $50,000 to assist with establishing the facility, and representatives with Cox Communications visited the future site Thursday morning.

Weekly Safety Report: Truck Crash and Residential Fire in Scott, Louisiana
Two incidents occurred in Scott, Louisiana this week. In the first incident, a truck veered off the road on Andres Road, resulting in severe injuries to both the driver and passenger. The passenger was ejected from the vehicle, while the driver became trapped inside. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and successfully rescued both individuals. The second incident involved a residential fire on Stanwell Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy fire on the home's roof.
