Man charged in fatal shooting of woman in St. Charles County, police say
FORISTELL, Mo. — A man is facing charges in the fatal shooting of a woman in Foristell early Thursday morning, according to recently released court records. The man, identified as Clyde Young of Godfrey, Illinois, was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action, the records said. Young was later killed during a standoff with police near the Lewis and Clark bridges.
