RACC: Dog dies after found by police in garbage bag
RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -Richmond Animal Care and Control is looking for those responsible for leaving a dog tied up in a garbage bag, fighting for its life. On Monday morning, Richmond Police found a female red and white pit bull with cropped ears off Buttermilk Trail tied up in a black trash bag in the woods. Officers say the dog was still alive in the bag, trying to free herself.
