Michigan's cannabis community is smoldering with controversy as a Hazel Park-based producer, Flavor Galaxy, finds itself in regulatory hot water. According to a report by FOX 2, the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) hit the dispensary with an 18-count complaint for a slew of violations, including selling pre-rolls with misleading packaging and mishandling records. Investigators were particularly concerned with the "Amnesia Watermelon Freeze Hybrid" pre-rolls, which boasted "Premium Refined Cannabis Distillate" and "Cannabis Derived Terpenes" on their packaging—a claim unsupported by state records.
