Juanita Porter filed a federal lawsuit on Thursday accusing WillScot and staffing agency Ultimate LLC of racial discrimination, sexual harassment, a hostile work environment and retaliation, alleging the mistreatment escalated from a racist joke to a gorilla photo hidden in her own locker and, eventually, repeated groping by a supervisor at a second facility.
