Reward offered for information on two men fatally shot seven years ago in Detroit
DETROIT, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a cash reward for any information about who killed Martinus Wilson, 20, and Nathan Mosby Jr., 27, seven years ago. Wilson and Mosby were fatally shot on June 15, 2016, at 3 a.m. Martinus took a co-worker home after their late shift at Applebee's in Roseville, according to crime stoppers. Mosby met them and sat in the friend's car talking about their day on the job. Later, two suspects appeared on foot and started shooting into the parked vehicle, crime stoppers said. The shooting happened at 6049 Rohns Street near Gratiot on Detroit's eastside. Crime stoppers said that any information that leads to an arrest will be awarded a cash reward of up to $2,500 gifted anonymously. Anyone with information can make an anonymous call to 1-800-SPEAK-UP or submit a tip online.

TAYLOR, MI -- Police arrested two teens this week after they allegedly stole the tip jars from a pair of restaurants in Taylor before leading police on a short chase. According to WDIV-Detroit, the teens -- ages 16 and 18 respectively -- stole a jar from Leo’s Coney Island that had a grand total of $2 in it before going to Sami’s Coney Island and stealing that jar which had $60 in it.

MONROE — An error made in calculating a minimum sentence range in a 2021 carjacking case means a defendant has a chance at a new sentence. Michelle Ann Holladay, 42, appealed her sentences on carjacking and felonious assault charges. A Michigan Court of Appeals panel agreed to part of her arguments and sent the case back to Monroe County Circuit Court for resentencing.

Detroit Police search for missing man living with dementia
DETROIT, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - The Detroit Police Department is looking for a missing 84-year-old man who lives with dementia.Warren Lee Roberts was last seen on Dec. 1 in the 16600 block of Lahser, police said. He was driving a silver Suzuki SUV with Michigan plate number 7470L8. Roberts is described by police as White, 5 feet and 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
