Mesquite City Council to vote on proposed apartments near I-635
On June 3, the Mesquite City Council is set to vote on a proposed high-density residential development located near I-635 and Gross Road. At a May 13 planning and zoning meeting, Planning Manager Garrett Langford presented a proposed 280-unit apartment complex located at 900 and 1000 Windbell Circle. The 12.3-acre tract was slated to have corridor commercial developments, including regional retailers and big box retailers. However, Langford said no developments for the tract have come forward.
