    Bucs assistant coach discusses progress with new offensive scheme

    For the second straight year, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be breaking in a new offensive coordinator.

    After just one season, Dave Canales left to become the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, leaving an opening at the top of Tampa Bay’s offensive coaching staff.

    In steps Liam Coen, who most recently held the same position at the University of Kentucky, but also spent time with Baker Mayfield when both were with the Los Angeles Rams in 2022.

    Josh Grizzard, the Bucs’ new pass game coordinator, recently spoke with the media about the progress the new staff is making with the players as they install Coen’s scheme this offseason:
