Newark Board OKs 25-Unit Affordable Housing Project in North Ward
NEWARK — Plans for a five-story apartment building with 25 units and 14 parking spaces at 300-304 Garside Ave. in the North Ward got the Zoning Board of Admustment’s approval by a 5-2 vote on Thursday.
