California man dead after car crash in Jackson County
JACKSON COUNTY, Ore. -- At about 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, a man from Oakley, CA died after crashing on Interstate 5 near milepost 33. According to a news release from Oregon State Police, the man, 29-year-old Shawn Douglas Kroll, was traveling northbound on I-5 in his black Tesla Model when the car drifted off the road and onto the shoulder.
Police searching for Applegate attempted burglary suspects
APPLEGATE, Ore. -- The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is searching for two attempted burglary suspects caught on a security camera. Hyatt Lake Boat Launch to Open
Medford, Ore. — Bureau of Land Management officials are excited to announce that the Wildcat Campground at Hyatt Lake will open June 9th. Reservations for the 12 campsites in Wildcat Loop will be available on Recreation.gov starting on Monday, June 5 for $7 per night. The Mountain View Boat Ramp will open June 16. Currently these areas are closed for hazard tree mitigation.
