Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure Near South Florida Fabric Store

Plantation, FL - A man has been arrested after he allegedly pleasured himself in public near the entrance of a South Florida JOANN fabric and craft store.

Plantation Police say Officer Jamesha Melazzi apprehended the suspect, identified as Tyler Gresham, near the store located at 801 South University Drive in Plantation on Tuesday.

Upon noticing the officer, Gresham fled on foot, hopped a fence, and ran into the pool area of the Camden Atlantic complex at 730 SW 78 Ave.

Officer Melazzi successfully detained Gresham as he attempted to jump over another fence.

Gresham was booked at the Broward Sheriff’s Office main jail in Fort Lauderdale.

He faces charges of exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest.

During a court appearance on Wednesday, Gresham's bond was set at $1,500.
