Two killed in violent crash in southwest Miami-Dade
MIAMI - Two people were killed in a violent crash overnight in southwest Miami-Dade. It happened in the area of SW 262nd Street and 112 Avenue. Miami-Dade police said a motorcyclist collided with a car. The driver of the motorcycle died in the crash. A female passenger was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition. She later died. No one in the care was injured.

MIAMI - Months before Florida residents vote on state Amendment 3 to legalize marijuana use in Florida, Hialeah councilwoman Angelica Pacheco wants to pass an ordinance in the so-called City of Progress, like one that already exists in Miami Beach.
