In a recent and disheartening update from Pike Creek, Delaware, officials from the New Castle County Police Department confirmed the identification of a woman discovered deceased at the Carousel Park's entrance. The woman, 63-year-old Cynthia Amalfitano, a resident of Wilmington, Delaware, was unfortunately found lifeless around 9 a.m. near Skyline Drive in the mentioned park.

On arrival, they encountered a 2016 Ford F-150 pick-up truck, which was heavily engulfed by the ferocious flames. The fire team's expert maneuvers ensured swift control of the fire. However, the aftermath revealed a vehicle that was beyond salvaging.
