STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Fog is making it difficult for drivers to see on Staten Island and the rest of New York City during the Thursday morning rush hour. “Due to fog in the harbor,” the Staten Island Ferry is operating on a modified schedule of every 20 minutes through the morning rush hour, according to the city Department of Transportation (DOT).
