Girls Night Out returns to Somerville May 16

The girls are back in town.

The Downtown Somerville Alliance's annual Girls Night Out event is returning to the borough Thursday, May 16, from 5 to 9 p.m. with a "Decades: '80s versus '90s" theme.

Tickets can be purchased online for $20 per person.

The event will feature shopping and dining discounts; free tarot card readings and massages on Division Street; trolley rides; a photo booth; a wine glass terrarium and charcuterie workshop; raffles; entertainment by Nine Deez Nite experience and more.

Some of the items being raffled off include gift cards to Savor Restaurant, Verve, Lure Lash and Glow Beauty; a handbag from Revive; and more.

Participating businesses include From The Hive, which will offer a free bracelet with every purchase and a discount prize wheel; Osprey Lane Boutique, which will offer a free gift with each purchase and a 10% discount on an order if the customer can answer an '80s or '90s trivia question; Beneath It All, which is offering 20% of all pajamas; and Fresh Tiki Bar, which will give away leis, and enter customers who purchase over $10 of items into a $25 raffle.
