PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The University of Maine at Presque Isle will present digital artist Sarah Sweeney as the next speaker in its 2025-26 Libra Distinguished Lecture Series on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. in the Campus Center and via Zoom. Wet weather doesn’t stop Ashland’s Trunk or Treat
ASHLAND, Maine (WAGM) -Wet weather forced some Halloween plans to change in Ashland, but the community made sure traditions continued no matter the weather. The annual Trunk or Treat is now being held inside the Ashland Recreation Department and also in the parking lot. The 22 Local businesses and organizations handing out candy at the event were able to decorate a table for the kids coming through to collect candy.
