Caribou Man Arrested after Fleeing from Police and Crashing
A 43-year-old man from Caribou was arrested Friday night after fleeing from police and crashing a vehicle at the intersection of Dorsey Road and Main Street in Fort Fairfield. The Fort Fairfield Police Department said Cory McBreairty was taken into custody and charged with Eluding an Officer, Driving to Endanger, Criminal Speed, Attaching False Plates, Operating After Suspension, Reckless Conduct, Failure to provide name and date of Birth and Unlawful Possession of Fentanyl. McBreairty also had two active arrest warrants for probation revocation.

Ralph Michaud spent 38 years coaching soccer in Presque Isle, first as a jv coach and then 26 years ago began his varsity soccer coaching career. Because breezier conditions have persisted, we are waking up to wind chill values into the teens below zero. That did result in the National Weather Service placing us underneath a wind chill advisory through 8 AM. It is imperative that you bundle up because when we start to get wind chill values into the teens below, frostbite.
Dr. Suess’s Birthday Celebration
