Showers Taper Off Late Tonight, with Unsettled Weather Lasting into the Weekend
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) - Good evening everyone and happy Wednesday. This has left us with a gloomier second half of the day, with showers and downpours working their way into the region this evening. This shower activity is thanks to an area of low pressure sitting off to the south and west of the region. This will leave us with steadier showers for the rest of this evening, before showers taper off during the early morning hours of Thursday. While showers won’t be nearly as prevalent as what we’re seeing out there right now, the chance for an isolated shower is still possible tomorrow, before shower chances return to end the work week.
