One More Day of Sunshine Expected Tomorrow, with Cloud Cover and Shower Chances Returning to end the Work Week
PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) - Good evening everyone and happy Wednesday. We had another wonderful day across the county today with more sunshine and mild temperatures. Highs today for a lot of spots made it into the lower 80s, making today the warmest day of the work week. Skies remain clear tonight as high pressure remains in control of our weather, with an approaching warm front bringing more cloud cover and shower chances to the forecast to end the work week. The area of low pressure associated with this warm front will linger to the west of the region going into the weekend, before eventually pushing off the coastline early next week. This means a few days of unsettled weather are expected over the weekend, with nicer weather hopefully returning to the forecast at some point next week.
