    Arrests

    Silvano Batista De Souza , 46, of Salem, was arrested for having a warrant with another department at 7:02 p.m. Monday at Washington Street.

    Pedro Henrique De Brito, 19, of Revere, was arrested for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 11:09 p.m. Monday.

    Summons

    Daniel Porter , 64, will be summonsed for having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

    Animal Control

    A report of a dog bitten by another unknown dog at 3:14 p.m. Monday at County Street.

    Assist Citizen

    A report of middle school students causing an issue in the area lately at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Perkins Street.

    Assist Merchant

    Management looked to speak to an officer in regards to past suspicious activity at 11:48 a.m. Monday at Andover Street.

    Parking Complaint

    Capt. Marcus reported getting contacted by a City Councilor, that there are numerous parking issues at St. James Park at 7:15 p.m. Monday. Officer reports that there are no parking issues at the time.

    SAUGUS

    Alarms

    Alarm company reported at 4:47 a.m. on Tuesday at Savers at 1160 Broadway that an alarm was activated. Dispatched officers found the area secure.

    Alarm company reported at 7:46 a.m. on Tuesday at Convenient MD at 156 Main St. that an alarm was activated in the rear entrance of the building. Dispatched officer confirmed that the alarm activation was accidental.

    Motor Vehicles

    Caller reported a motor vehicle accident at 6:57 a.m. on Tuesday on Main St., and said that the car was no longer operable. Officers dispatched.
