Fredericksburg, Virginia, police are offering a cash award for help identifying the person who murdered 18-year-old Jasiah Smith, who was found deceased in a parking space. On March 29, 2023, police wrote in a news release: “It has been three days since the fatal shooting of Jasiah Smith in the City of Fredericksburg. In an effort to bring justice to Jasiah and closure to his family, the Fredericksburg Police Department is offering a cash reward for any information leading to the arrest of his killer.”

The Stafford Sheriff’s Office reports three cases of road rage on Saturday:. At 11:31 a.m. Deputy R.J. Kemp responded to the area of Centreport Parkway and Ramoth Church for a call of a road rage. The victim advised he was tailgated by a tan Chevy Cruz. The driver of the Cruz passed the victim, and in the process, threw a Coca-Cola bottle at the victim’s vehicle. The victim’s windshield was cracked as a result. The suspect driver was described as a black male with short hair and a scraggly beard.

WALDORF, Md. – Charles County Sheriff’s detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred on March 28.
