A Bethlehem man died Saturday afternoon while tubing in the Lehigh River in Carbon County, according to a news release. NORTHAMPTON, Pa. - A former Pennsylvania state representative and a resident of Northampton County has died. Attorney Frank W. Yandrisevits, 69, of Northampton, died on Monday, May 20, according to his obituary. He served as a state representative in the Pennsylvania Legislature from 1984 to 1990 and 1992 to 1994.
