GREENSBORO, N.C. -- For one final time before he heads to NC State, Paul McNeil put on a show as a high school all-star. The future Wolfpack guard posted 17 points in the Josh Level Classic at Grimsley High School to put a bow on a high school career that spanned through COVID as a freshman, a short stint in California and a lot of winning for Richmond County in between.

Thomas wins state gymnastics championship, qualifies for regionals
May is state championship season for high school athletes, but one local gymnast got a head start by winning her state title in mid-April...and she’s only 10-years-old. Kaylee Thomas, a fifth grader at Jones Intermediate School, competed against more than 400 gymnasts in the National Gymnastics Association’s North Carolina State Championship meet on April 13-14. Raider baseball returning youth camps this summer
ROCKINGHAM — Rolling out the next phase of amping up Richmond Raider baseball, Eric Brown is returning summer baseball camps for local youth players.
