The strong winds will also be noted Tonight along the Strait of Juan de Fuca and throughout the islands and Coastal communities in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties. The Seattle area tonight will also experience strong winds with gusts around 40 to 50 mph. The peak wind will be between 7 PM and midnight.
