Authorities arrested Tarayvian Miller, 18, in West Memphis, and booked him into the Crittenden County jail on Friday, WLBT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi, reported.

CABOT, Ark. — Three people are facing charges after about 70 "unhealthy" dogs and three children were rescued from a home Tuesday in Hughes, Ark. PARKIN — The Parkin Police Department will host a “Meet the Blue” Community Fun Day this Saturday.
