MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Memphis police shared a video hoping to identify four people accused in a shooting. The video was captured on April 21 just before 4:30 p.m. on Ridgemont Avenue in the Raleigh area. The four masked people exit a vehicle and run through the neighborhood, firing shots.
Business owner shot to death in Frayser identified
