LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) - A Little Rock woman pleaded guilty Thursday to selling body parts. United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas Jonathan D. Ross announced that 37-year-old Candace Chapman Scott pleaded guilty April 25 to transporting stolen body parts across state lines and conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
