Woman killed in crash in Clarkstown
CLARKSTOWN, NY – On Tuesday, at approximately 7:15 pm, the Clarkstown Police Department responded to a fatal two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Rt. 59 and Broome Blvd., Central Nyack. A gray Audi A6, driven by Corey Womack, 24, from New Jersey, collided with a black Ford Edge driven by an adult female. Witnesses reported the Audi moving erratically prior to the collision. The impact propelled both vehicles into the Hub Shopping Center. The female driver of the Ford was transported to Montefiore Nyack hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. MILLBURN, N.J. -- One of the suspects accused of attacking a postal worker in Millburn, N.J. has been arrested. Police said Zachary Lyttle, of New City, N.Y., is facing robbery charges.
