ECU’s Miller School of Entrepreneurship and Churches Outreach Network have teamed up again this year to offer a free, week-long summer camp for high school students where they can learn about starting and operating their own businesses.

The second annual Summer Innovation Academy will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., July 8-12, at the Isley Innovation Hub on ECU's campus.

Friday’s session will be extended to allow students an opportunity to showcase their projects.

Camp activities, led by ECU instructor Corey Pulido, will include recognizing a business opportunity, developing a business model and pitching an idea to potential investors.

The registration deadline is June 8 and space is limited. Apply by visiting youtheb2022.org/application-youth-business.
