Francis Howell Follows Other Districts in Adopting the 1:1 Chromebook Plan
Chromebooks have been an important part of the classroom for several years. Classes have been using them for tests, assignments and even class activities, but have been confined to the classroom for much of students time at FHSD. However, recently, districts in Missouri have been passing new initiatives requiring students to take Chromebooks home, instead of them remaining in the classroom. FHSD has been one of the few that has yet to start this initiative. However, at the beginning of this school year, the district’s stance on the initiative has flipped, and is feeling hopeful about the recent changes.
