Yet another player with ties to the Kentucky Wildcats has now made their way to Fayetteville, as guard Adou Thiero has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks .

Among the SEC’s top players still in the transfer portal, Thiero has spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at Kentucky, averaging a combined 5 PPG and 3.6 RPG while starting in 19-of-45 games. Thiero has also shot a combined 46.6% from the field, as well as 32.3% from three and 76.1% at the free throw line.

This past season, Thiero started 19-of-25 games for the Wildcats, averaging 7.2 PPG, 5 RPG, and 1.1 APG on 49.2% shooting from the field. Thiero also shot 31.8% from three, as well as 80% at the free throw line.

The forward now becomes the second Kentucky player to follow head coach John Calipari to Arkansas, joining fellow transfer Zvonimir Ivisic. Thiero is also the fifth player with Kentucky ties to follow Calipari, as the two are joined by Karter Knox, Boogie Fland, and Billy Richmond, each of which are incoming freshmen who were committed to the Wildcats.
