Off-duty cop fatally shoots pit bull as woman is attacked by multiple dogs in Southwest Philly
An off-duty police officer shot and killed a pit bull Tuesday morning as that dog and two others attacked a woman in Southwest Philadelphia, authorities said. The attack happened around 10:40 a.m. on the 1500 block of South 58th Street in Kingsessing. The officer was in his personal car when he saw three dogs attacking the 52-year-old. The owner of the dogs, a 21-year-old man, was attempting to get the animals to stop biting the woman, police said.

MLPD Seeks to Identify Walmart Shoplifting Suspect
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — The Mount Laurel Police Department (MLPD) is requesting the public's help in identifying an individual who is suspected of shoplifting from a Township store this week. MLPD patrol officers responded to Walmart, located on Route 73, on Monday, May 13 at about 9:24PM for a report of a shoplifting. After being confronted while leaving the store, she fled the scene in a vehicle described as an older model green minivan with an unknown license plate.
