5 Best Restaurants in Toledo, Ohio You Need to Try Before Everyone Else Finds Them
Toledo, Ohio — a city where the Maumee River glides beneath bridges old and new, where glass and steel rise beside brick warehouses, and the laughter of families, artists, and dreamers mingles on tree-lined avenues. The group purchased the property in July for $17.3 million and plans to invest approximately $89 million, including the acquisition cost, in the redevelopment. Plans include repairing deteriorating streets and sidewalks, attracting new retail and restaurant tenants, and potentially adding about 230 apartments. Much of the redevelopment work is expected to take place in 2027. Greg Daniels, an attorney for the development consortium, said the new authority will oversee financing matters and determine how its funds are
