Police look to identify driver involved in fatal hit-skip crash on Cleveland’s West Side
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities are seeking to identify the driver of a pickup truck involved in a fatal hit-skip crash on Tuesday. A 45-year-old man was struck at 10:30 p.m. by a white, two-door pickup truck as he crossed the street at Scranton Road and Kinkel Avenue. The driver of the pickup drove away after the incident, said Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz, a spokesman for Cleveland police.

Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended Arshawn Thomas, who was wanted by Cleveland police on murder charges. Authorities say Thomas fatally shot Theodore Broadus, 18, of Cleveland, on July 14.
