CLEVELAND, Ohio – Charges are pending against a woman accused of fatally shooting a man Saturday in Cleveland’s South Collinwood neighborhood, police said. Andre Parker, 33, was wounded about 4:20 a.m., according to police and the office of the Cuyahoga County medical examiner.
