Two new EV charging stations coming to Mahoning County
Two new charging stations for electric vehicles are on their way to Mahoning County. Both Tiffany Square Plaza on Route 224 in Boardman and the Sheetz located at 1301 North Bailey Road in North Jackson will be getting EV charging stations. Construction on these new stations are expected to begin between late 2024 and 2025.
Lisbon driver faces sentencing after teen thrown from pickup truck
A Lisbon man could face a year and a half in prison when he is sentenced Thursday for driving away after a teenager was thrown from his moving pickup truck. Twenty-one-year-old Bradden Crumrine is scheduled to appear for sentencing in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on two felony counts of failure to stop after an accident.

West Branch, which is the No. 7 seed in the tournament, trailed 4-0 to Edgewood when their game was halted by pouring rain and muddy field conditions on Saturday.

One of two women accused of stealing perfume from a Southern Park Mall store didn’t seem to be in any hurry to get away until Boardman Police showed up.
