Two people killed in separate crashes in Canton
CANTON ‒ Two people died in separate motor vehicle crashes on Thursday afternoon, the Stark County Coroner's Office said. Louise Wisniewski, 85, of Massillon, was pronounced dead at 3:36 p.m. at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital after a collision at Tuscarawas Street East and Belden Avenue, said Harry Campbell, the coroner's chief investigator. The crash occurred at 12:37 p.m.

A Lisbon man will not be spending any time in prison for driving away after a teenager was thrown from his moving pickup truck. Twenty-one-year-old Bradden Crumrine was sentenced to 60 days in jail and three years of community control on two felony counts of failure to stop after an accident.
