Hagerstown Man Gets 19 Years For 2nd Degree Rape

In Frederick County Circuit Court on Monday, Nicholas Wayne Summers, 42, was sentenced to 40 years for two counts of 2nd-degree rape .with all but 19 years suspended. He will serve five years of specialized sex offender supervision when he gets out.
