Days before his Toronto mansion was attacked four times in one week by alleged trespassers amid his beef with Kendrick Lamar , Drake reportedly re-listed his Beverly Hills estate in California for $88 million. The home had previously been on the market, with him now re-listing again at $88 million.

According to TMZ , Drake is ready to unload his Beverly Hills estate again as his beef with Kendrick Lamar begins to come to an end. However, the rapper re-listed his home before his mansion in Toronto, Canada was visited by at least three alleged intruders in the same week.

As we previously shared, Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s recent rap battle continued, with Drake dropping off “The Heart Part 6,” a play on K. Dot’s “The Heart” series, on May 5, two days later, on May 7, police reported that there was an overnight drive-by shooting at the rapper’s Toronto mansion. In the shooting, it was later learned that Drake’s security guard was critically injured in the attack at his home.

One day later, on May 8, Drake’s Toronto mansion was visited by an alleged attempted trespasser, whom security intercepted and detained at the front gate until police arrived. Upon arrival, police said placed the man into custody after being called to Drake’s mansion on Wednesday in the Bridle Path neighborhood.

Sources told TMZ that a man attempted to gain access to Drake’s home, but he was immediately intercepted at the front gate by security and never made it onto the actual grounds. Toronto Police officials told the outlet that the alleged attempted trespasser was apprehended under the Mental Health Act. Canada’s Global News reporter Tracy Tong claimed the man apparently was there “to see Drake,” and during the incident, there was an alleged scuffle with security guards, which were on high alert and in abundance following the shooting a day before.

One day after the second incident, another alleged trespasser attempted to visit Drake’s Toronto mansion amid his beef with Kendrick Lamar. On May 9, TMZ reported that another person had allegedly tried to get into Drake’s home, becoming the second alleged trespasser and third attack at Drake’s home within the same week, notably following the drive-by shooting just days before.

Toronto Police Service officials said that at around 3:30 p.m. EST on May 9, they were called to Drake’s Toronto mansion about a person allegedly trespassing on the property. Reportedly, the alleged trespasser got into an altercation with security guards at the property before police arrival and ended up being taken to the hospital in an ambulance called to Drake’s home. All three incidents are under ongoing investigation.

Two days after the second alleged trespasser at Drake’s Toronto home, a third was taken down by the rapper’s security. On Saturday (May 11), a third person was intercepted and detained by security. New video and photos obtained by TMZ show security pinning a man down, with his arms behind his back, outside the gates of the rapper’s home. An eyewitness claimed he was riding his bike as he saw two security guards tackle the man to the ground and placing a knew on his back, pinning him down.

There have not been any official, explicit connections made between the three attacks at Drake’s Toronto mansion and his beef with Kendrick Lamar. And although Drake re-listed his Beverly Hills estate in California for $88 million before the shooting and two alleged trespassers, all of the drama at his Canadian home is surely enough to make him want to dump and re-list for sure now; maybe even his Toronto home.

According to TMZ, last week, the rapper reportedly re-listed his home in California, which boasts 24,757 square feet with 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. The home, which sits on 20 acres of land, is split into two parts: a 7-bedroom main house and a nearby pool/guest house.

The main house also features 13 bathrooms, two family rooms, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a library, and 3 additional ensuite bedrooms for staff. As far as amenities go, there is an 11-car garage, elevator, wine cellar, gym, game room, plus an outside orchard and tennis court.
