The building, located off of East San Patricio Avenue, is owned by R&R Gonzalez Properties. It houses the businesses which include an herbal tea shop, gift shop, clothing store for women, salon, a café.

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Lisa Greenberg and seven others to the Nueces River Authority Board of Directors. Greenberg, a Corpus Christi attorney, will serve until February 1, 2025. James Bendele, William Dillard, Marshall Davidson, Debra Hatch, William Schuchman, and Howard Wood have also been appointed, with terms ending on February 1, 2029. Eric Burnett is the new board chair. The board oversees the Nueces River Basin, including water control and conservation.
