Green Co. Dec. 7 News: Crash, Bail Jump, OWI, Traffic Crime
The following events occurred on December 7, 2023:. At 8:14 a.m., Deputies along with Brodhead EMS responded to the intersection of 12th Street and West 2nd Avenue, in the City of Brodhead for a two-vehicle crash with injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Cedryc Fernot, 27 of Brodhead, was traveling southbound on West 2nd Avenue, when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with an eastbound vehicle on 12th Street. Fernot reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. Fernot’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
