Convicted felon charged in shooting involving ‘revolver-like gun’
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A Fort Wayne man is facing four gun-related felony charges after allegedly shooting at least two people around 4:20 p.m. Monday. The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office charged 42-year-old Amos L. Manning with two counts of battery with a deadly weapon, one count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a handgun. All charges are Level 5 felonies.
