FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Following several arrests in a string of drug busts, court records show one man seems to be at the center of it all. Jermaine Norris, described in court records as a “large-scale cocaine trafficker” in Fort Wayne, is mentioned in nearly a dozen probable cause affidavits as having been involved in dealing the drug. Online court records do not show Norris himself as being charged with dealing the narcotic, but because of involvement from federal agencies in the investigation, it is unclear if state-level or federal-level charges will be filed against him in the future.
