FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A 24-year-old Fort Wayne man was arrested Wednesday morning after a case filed against him charged him with 10 counts of child molesting. Luis Mondragon-Alcantara is accused of molesting two girls when they were about 5 to 7 years old and at his home to be babysat, according to a probable cause affidavit written by Fort Wayne Police Detective Sgt. The Nieto family, friends and employees gathered to share stories while the store hung a plaque in tribute to Perla.
