    $3 million winning scratch-off sold in Pennsylvania

    DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Lycoming County sold a $3 million-winning scratch-off.

    The ticket was sold at a Sheetz on Westminster Drive in Williamsport and was a $3 Million Mega Stacks scratch-off ticket. The Sheetz will receive a a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The $3 Million Mega Stacks is a $30 game that offers top prizes of $3 million.

    As a reminder, Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game’s end sale date, which is posted on the Pa. Lottery website . Winners should sign the back of their ticket and call the lottery at 1-800-692-7481 if they suspect a win.

    All lottery winnings of more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholdings. For more information on the rules, chances of winning and how to play, visit the Pa. Lottery website.     In other lottery news, on May 15 the Pennsylvania Powerball, which is worth an estimated $59 million, numbers were drawn as 19, 42, 45, 55, and 69. The double-play numbers were 08, 09, 29, 57 and 69. The next drawing will be on Saturday, May 18. The Mega Millions jackpot is now up to an estimated $393 million and the next drawing will be on Friday, May 17.
