WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Kansas Humane Society’s Director of Communications Jordan Bani-Younes brought in Shortcake, a dog, to KSN’s Pet Project on Thursday afternoon.

She weighs 56 pounds and is 2 years old.

Bani-Younes says Shortcake is really sweet.

“She really likes pets. She likes cuddles. She’ll give you kisses,” said Bani-Younes.

He says she also does really well in a car.

“She prefers to be carried into the car beforehand, but she’s really, really sweet, and we love her a lot,” said Bani-Younes.

Shortcake does prefer women. Click here for more information about her.
